Spacious and comfortable studios in a lush garden with a calm atmosphere.

Our rooms can accommodate 2-4 persons and have fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, air conditioning, wifi, tv, private bathroom and balcony with view over the village and the bay of Aegiali.
We don’t serve breakfast but you can do it in your room or it’s near to the village which is full of cafes and restaurants.

Payment Policy

  • A reservation is considered valid only after the prepayment has been received.
  • The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid, the latest before check-out. If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account, but then please notify us.
  • Tourist tax 50 cent/night included.

  • If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit is returned *
  • If the cancellation takes place 14 – 20 days before the date of arrival, the 50% of the advance is returned *
  • In case the cancellation of the reservation is made 13 days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit is not returned *
  • If the guests do not stay for the entire period booked, they will be charged 50% of the cost for the unused period

* Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor.

  • Extra bed cost 10€/night
  • Maiden service every day and change of towels and sheets every 3 days
  • Check in 13:00 and check out 12.00
  • If you stay until 18:00 the additional cost is 50% of the room price. After 18.00 the entire amount of the daily price is charged.
